GDV CAMERA VIDEO

GDV CAMERA VIDEO

GDV CAMERA VIDEO is an optoelectronic device for registration of gas discharge image dynamics. By means of GDV VIDEO a person is included into a biofeedback contour through a computer. The current image reflecting the person’s psychophysiological state, or a GDV gramm, is displayed on the monitor screen. After several such sessions in front of the computer, the person learns to bring oneself to a steady state of quiet wakefulness and comfort using self-control skills, and then to extend that ability to the daily life.

GDV VIDEO is a method of analysis and correction of the energetic and psychophysiological state of a person. It is implemented by means of a special patented device, called crownscope, and the accompanying software package. The essence of the method consists in creating a biofeedback contour that includes the crownscope, the person (the patient), and a computer. The image reflecting person’s psychophysiological state, or a crowngram, is displayed on the monitor screen in real time. By seeing this image and using own self-control skills, the patient can then learn to change this signal in the desired direction. In other words, after several such sessions in front of the computer, the person is able to learn to bring oneself to a steady state of quiet wakefulness and comfort, and then to transfer that ability to the daily life.

That method is dynamic in essence, is based on the analysis of changes of the crown discharge parameters of object’s in a high-density electromagnetic field in time. Crownscopy can also be used to test nonbiological objects, such as water, stones etc.

Crownscopy is developed dynamic approach to investigation of crown discharge images of the objects. It is a result of further development of techniques of observation and analysis of the phenomenon of object luminescence in high-density electromagnetic field (the "Kirlian effect" and particularly the computer gas discharge visualization (GDV)) from static images to their dynamic characteristics. In other words, it consists in computer visualization and analysis of dynamic changes in of the “Kirlian effect” generated by the investigated object.

The hardware-software complex "GDV CAMERA VIDEO" is the system that allows to visualize the dynamic distribution of spatial energy flows and, in particular, a person’s energetic field, and to correct it one on the basis of a biofeedback.

A Crownscope works as follows. A patient's finger is placed on the surface of a transparent dielectric plate which has a conductive bottom layer. Then impulses from a generator create electromagnetic field around the investigated object. Crown-type luminescence created around the patient's finger is and registered by an optical system and charge-coupled camera then converted into video signals recorded as AVI-files in computer memory. After that, the digital signal is transformed into a two-dimensional dynamic emission distribution, which corresponds to a certain state of a person. Then output signal from the computer proceeds to the video monitor where one is displayed on the screen as a dynamic two-dimensional image with certain geometrical and brightness characteristics. Comparing this crowngrams with analogue of a healthy person from the data base, it is possible to estimate a health state of a patient. Besides, in order to help the patient to control and correct his mental and psychological state, images which are reflecting that states (for example, a butterfly on a flower) can be generated on the screen in the framework of biofeedback. The patient can change those images by doing some regulation of own mental and physiological state. In order to achieve that, the patient is asked to follow instructions and perform certain activities, such as respiratory exercises, muscle relaxation, meditation, etc. Those activities change the person's inner state, which in turn changes the shape of the luminescence around the finger and the images on the monitor screen. By seeing those images, the person is able to assess the correctness of performing the assigned tasks (an example of such a task would be to move a butterfly from one flower to another) and the character of changes in his state.

Thus, the investigated person can easily get a clear idea about the correctness of performed tasks and develop skills to correct his mental and psychological state, bringing them closer to those of a practically healthy person used as a reference. This correction process involves biofeedback between the person’s state, character of his actions (breathing, relaxation, auto-training, etc.) and the current values of the parameters, which are displayed on the monitor screen.

Using crownscopy requires special software, which has been created by a team of leading experts in medicine, physics, images processing and recognition, and programming.

The "Crown Biofeedback" software package allows direct regulation of person’s energetic and psychophysiological state based on automated biofeedback (BF) obtained with the help of crownscope. The person in this case plays the role of a patient and a therapist simultaneously. This is achieved by presenting the program as a game, which is controlled by variations in person’s own crowngrams recorded within the same program, and does not require special knowledge to learn to control the own state.

The "Crown Laboratory" software package allows to perform a detailed analysis of person’s state on the basis of crowngrams recorded by the "Crown Registration" package, and even determine specific body organs or systems which require attention during the correction of the person's physiological and emotional state.
In this program the Mandel-Voll system of splitting crown discharge images of fingers on the sectors were used.

The "Crown Registration" software package allows to obtain crowngrams from person’s fingers for further processing.
